Welcome to the TruTake Privacy Policy
Effective: February 24, 2026 Version: 1.2 We are TruTake (“TruTake”). We provide online and downloadable software for collecting, organizing, and analyzing structured user-submitted responses that capture crowd opinions, consensus analytics, and collective intelligence. Our software uses statistical modeling, consensus algorithms, and AI-assisted analysis to interpret user contributions and generate aggregated insight reports and related media experiences. TruTake allows users to explore and analyze real-time perspectives on matters, questions, and topics submitted within the platform. Through dynamic polling and structured participation, users can contribute responses and observe how aggregated answer datasets reveal statistical patterns, consensus trends, and meaningful variation within group-level data. Certain platform features may use automated analysis to personalize user experiences, organize content, or surface relevant insights within the platform. Posts, comments, and questions submitted for publication on the platform may be publicly visible and associated with the user account that submitted them. Insight reports, media experiences, and any other external outputs derived from TruTake are based on anonymized and aggregated data. Individual answer submissions are not sold, publicly disclosed, or distributed at the individual level. Aggregated outputs are designed to reflect patterns across groups rather than to identify or expose individual participants. Your privacy is important to us. It is TruTake’s policy to respect your privacy and comply with applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, https://www.trutake.app, and other services we own and operate. Personal information is any information about you that can be used to identify you. This includes information you provide directly to us, technical information associated with your devices, payment-related information, and information about how you use a website or online service. In the event our site contains links to third-party sites or services, please be aware that those sites and services operate under their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies only to TruTake and does not govern your activities after you leave our site.

Alt House, Corp. is the data controller responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information we collect falls into one of two categories: “voluntarily provided” information and “automatically collected” information. “Voluntarily provided” information refers to any information you knowingly and actively provide us when using or participating in any of our services and promotions. “Automatically collected” information refers to any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services.

Additionally, if you encounter certain errors while using the site, we may automatically collect data about the error and the circumstances surrounding its occurrence. This data may include standard technical details about your device, what you were trying to do when the error happened, and other technical information relating to the problem. You may or may not receive notice of such errors, even in the moment they occur, that they have occurred, or what the nature of the error is. Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.
2.2 Device Data
When you visit our website or interact with our services, we may automatically collect data about your device, such as: • Device type • Operating system • Device settings • Coarse geo-location data (such as city, state, and country). We do not retain precise geographic coordinates. Data we collect can depend on the individual settings of your device and software. We recommend checking the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider to learn what information they make available to us.

Examples include information relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health information, sexual orientation, criminal records, biometric data, or other information classified as sensitive under applicable data protection laws. We will only use or disclose sensitive information as permitted, required, or authorized by law.
2.5 User-Generated Content
We consider “user-generated content” to include materials voluntarily supplied by users of the platform, including (i) posts and comments submitted for publication and (ii) answers submitted in response to questions on the platform.
2.5.1 Public Posts and Comments
Posts and comments submitted for publication on the platform are associated with the account used to submit the content and may be publicly displayed, including your username and profile avatar. Content submitted for publication may be included in curated threads, trails, insight reports, or media experiences generated by TruTake. Once published, such content may be accessible to other users and, depending on platform functionality, to the public. Once publicly available, content may be viewed, shared, or referenced by third parties not covered under this Privacy Policy. You should not submit content for publication that you do not wish to be publicly available.
2.5.2 Answer Submissions
Answers submitted in response to questions on the platform are treated differently from posts and comments. Individual answer data is not publicly displayed under your username, is not disclosed at the individual level, and is not attributable to your username or profile. Instead, answer data is combined with responses from other users and used for anonymized and aggregated statistical analysis and, where applicable, to support platform functionality such as personalization within your account. Aggregated results may be reflected in composite contributor models (“Crowd Personas”), insight reports, and related media experiences. These aggregated outputs do not identify individual users or disclose individual-level answer data.
3. How TruTake Generates Revenue
TruTake does not sell individual-level personal data and does not sell data to advertisers. TruTake generates revenue by selling anonymized and aggregated insight reports and related media outputs derived from statistical modeling of grouped user responses. These reports are built from analysis of answer data at the group level and do not reveal or expose individual user data. Individual responses are never sold, disclosed, or made accessible to third parties.
